Donald Trump celebrated the news that the Federal Election Commission (FEC) fined Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign and the Democratic National Committee thousands of dollars over undisclosed payments for the infamous “Steele dossier.”
It was this dossier that sparked Russiagate.
The DNC was ordered to pay $105,000 by the Federal Election Commission while Clinton’s campaign was fined $8,000, according to the Washington Examiner, for failing to properly disclose spending on the controversial dossier.
The Examiner reports that the DNC and Hillary’s campaign misled on the reasoning behind financing the dossier, “claiming it was for legal services, not opposition research.”
Both the campaign and party did not admit to any wrongdoing. However, they have agreed to pay the penalties as a way to end the situation.

Dan Backer, a conservative lawyer behind the complaint leading to the FEC fines, says he is “thrilled to have caused some modicum of accountability” for Hillary Clinton and the DNC.
But, he’d like to see more.
“Hillary Clinton and her cronies willfully engaged in the greatest political fraud in history — destroying our nation’s faith in the electoral process, and it’s high time they were held accountable,” he told the Examiner.
“I hope this is only the beginning.”

Trump Sues Hillary, DNC
This is what a world that’s just. We wouldIt’s only the beginning. It may yet lead to a stronger case for President Trump’s lawsuit against Hillary’s campaign and the DNC.
Trump last week filed a massive lawsuit – “exceeding $100 million” – against Clinton and numerous high-profile public figures over an “unthinkable plot” to create a Russia collusion narrative during the 2016 presidential campaign.
“In the run-up to the 2016 Presidential Election, Hillary Clinton and her cohorts orchestrated an unthinkable plot – one that shocks the conscience and is an affront to this nation’s democracy,” the court filing reads.

Clinton and the others are accused in the lawsuit of having “maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that … Trump was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.”
It goes on to suggest the Russia collusion plot was “so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the events of Watergate pale in comparison.”
H Clinton &DNC used campaign $$ to pay lawyers to launder Russian disinfo to DOJ to smear Trump. I asked about Fusion GPS the DNC +Clinton Camp back in ’17 but liberal media didnt take seriously Now 5yrs later FEC finally fined Clinton & DNC bc they undermined election +BROKE LAW

The Steele dossier and its salacious allegations against Trump have only recently been labeled by some outlets as an “epic fail” by the media and led to the Washington Post quietly editing past reports on it after a pair of key players in the dossier’s ‘research’ had been arrested.
Igor Danchenko, arrested as part of the John Durham investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe, has been described by the New York Times as “the primary researcher of the so-called Steele dossier.”
Michael Sussman (ex-campaign lawyer for Clinton) was also arrested.
A motion filed by Durham last month reveals he intends to prove that Sussman paid a tech executive to infiltrate computers at Trump Tower, Trump’s Central Park West apartment, and at the Executive Office of the President.
The latest filing in this case revealed that Sussman worked with an unnamed tech executive who “had come to access and maintain dedicated servers” for the Executive Office of the President. #DurhamReport #WatergateOnSteroids

“Tech Executive-1 tasked these researchers to mine Internet data to establish ‘an inference’ and ‘narrative’ tying then-candidate Trump to Russia,” Durham states.
“In doing so, Tech Executive-1 indicated that he was seeking to please certain ‘VIPs,’ referring to individuals at Law Firm-1 and the Clinton campaign.”
Further violations were alleged in the latest lawsuit against Hillary Campaign and DNC. However, the FEC dismissed these. The DNC scoffed at the fines and dismissed them as merely settling “aging and silly complaints.”
