Previewing West Virginia v. EPA

Oral argument will be heard by the Supreme Court on Monday February 28th. West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency This case will see the court consider the reach of the EPA’s authority to regulate emissions from power sectors. This Court decision may have wide-reaching implications on climate policy and environmental law as well as regulatory policy.

The Coleman P. Burke Center for Environmental Law, Case Western Reserve University School of Law, will hold a complimentary, live webinar that previews the case.
