Psaki Refuses To Answer Question About Latest Durham Findings On RussiaGate

On Wednesday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki refused to answer a question about Special Counsel John Durham’s latest filing, she directed the reporter to Department of Justice.

Biden’s administration keeps its distance by referring questions at the Department of Justice, refusing comment.

Fox News White House correspondent Jacqui Heinrich asked Psaki, “Durham says there was an outside company with ties to the Clinton camp monitoring server data info on the executive office of the President through the Obama administration, possibly into the Trump administration.”

“Do you know if there’s still a system picking up server data on the EOP, and if not, when it stopped?” Heinrich asked.

Psaki responded, “Again, I know you asked my colleague a few questions about this the other day, but I would point you, any questions about this, to the Department of Justice.”

Heinrich wasn’t satisfied and pushed further, asking “Is what was described in the filing there, monitoring internet traffic, is that, generally speaking, would that be considered something along the lines of spying?”

Psaki’s answer? DOJ.

John Durham was Special Counsel on Friday. He filed a motion to remove conflict of interest allegations from Michael Sussmann. Sussmann has already been charged. LyingThe FBI was contacted about the issue at a meeting held in 2016

The court filing reads, “The Indictment alleges that the defendant lied in that meeting, falsely stating to the General Counsel that he was not providing the allegations to the FBI on behalf of any client.”

“In fact, the defendant had assembled and conveyed the allegations to the FBI on behalf of at least two specific clients, including (i) a technology executive (“Tech Executive-1”) at a U.S.-based Internet company (“Internet Company- 1”), and (ii) the Clinton Campaign,” the filing continued.

A Deputy Press Secretary Refuses To Answer

Durham became involved in what many have called “spionage” on Trump because of the Sussmann trial.

The Tech Executive and his associates exploited domain name system (DNS) internet traffic pertaining to “(i) a particular healthcare provider, (ii) Trump Tower, (iii) Donald Trump’s Central Park West apartment building, and (iv) the Executive Office of the President of the United States (EOP).”

According to The Hill Sussmann denies any wrongdoing.

When Heinrich pushed Jean-Pierre on this front on Monday, the deputy press secretary replied, “My answer is not going to change. I refer you to the Department of Justice.”
