For the 10th Annual Harlan Institute Ashbrook Virtual Supreme Court Competition, the topic is NYS Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen. Twenty-five high school students from across the country presented oral arguments during this weekend’s semifinal round. They were outstanding. These high school students are capable of competing in every moot court competition at law schools. In two weeks, the Round of 8 competition will take place.
