- The Institute for Free Speech seeks a senior attorney with at least seven years’ experience.
- Institute for Free Speech’s First Amendment Fellowship gives law students, judges, and lawyers in their mid-career the opportunity to get practical experience in litigating constitutional issues. The Institute for Free Speech’s First Amendment Fellowship allows Fellows to work with its attorneys in all areas of trial and appellate law. This includes cases that challenge restrictions to Americans’ freedom to free speech, publish, assemble and petition.
- The Institute for Free Speech (IFS) seeks winter interns to aid our External Relations, Research, and Communications Departments. All internships can be done remotely due to the current pandemic.
- A unique opportunity for law students is the 2022 Institute for Free Speech Summer Associate Legal Fellowship. This fellowship allows them to investigate a career in First Amendment and public interest law. Students who have completed their second or first year in law school before the start of the 2022 summer are eligible to apply. Fellows must work for 10 weeks at our Washington, D.C. headquarters. However, exceptional candidates might be able to make other arrangements.
