After Darrell Meekcom mooned at a mobile speed cam, police in Kidderminster in England have arrested him. Meekcom claims to be suffering from multiple system atrophy, and is terminally ill. He says that he was “caught” by police for driving indecently and dangerously. He was arrested by six officers about twenty minutes later after the mooning. They forced their way in through his front garden and tackled him until he would not let them in. Then they handcuffed him.
