Joe Biden Slurs his Words, Mumbles about Grandpop and “Jargy” Stations

Joe Biden was in Michigan Tuesday for some strange reason to address a few uninterested people at a union hall.

During his speech, Joe Biden slurred his words, mumbled about Grandpop and a “jargee station” (no idea what he meant there), slurred his words and then finished off spouting some gibberish.

Joe was at peak condition.
This was yet another incredible performance.
