Democrats felt pain on election night 2021. Glenn Youngkin, a Virginia businessman, beat the former Democrat governor. Terry McAuliffe won the race to be Governor and most likely won the House of Delegates.
In deep blue New Jersey, incumbent Democrat Gov. Phil Murphy and former Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli are locked in a neck and neck race still too close to call – a race Murphy was expected to sleepwalk through.
Republicans are determined to continue their winning streak and have developed a strategy to achieve this goal.

“No Democrat Is Safe”
National Republican Congressional Committee has updated their list of Democrat House seat they think they could flip in 2022’s midterm elections.
Democrats hold a very slim margin in the House – just 8 seats separate the parties – and midterms are frequently unfriendly to the party that controls the White House.
The target list is now a whopping 70 seats – with 13 new targets being added after the walloping Democrats took.

Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN), Chairman of the NRCC, said, “In a cycle like this, no Democrat is safe. Voters are rejecting Democrat policies that have caused massive price increases, opened our borders and spurred a nationwide crime wave.”
Numerous pundits see the election in Virginia as a preview of future events for Democrats. It is a huge red wave that will sweep over their heads.
While things like rising gas and food prices, jobs, and COVID are on the minds of not just Virginians but Americans in general, Youngkin addressed the most pressing issue for Virginians, their children’s education, where parents have stood up and confronted their local boards on mask mandates and what their kids are being taught.
The horrible @NBCNewsThe poll confirms results in @NRCC’s recent battleground poll.
Republicans are the clear leader in issues most voters care about.

McAuliffe used the Standard Democrat Playbook to Help The GOP
As the arm-chair quarterbacking begins, even some Democrats are scratching their heads over some of Terry McAuliffe’s campaign moves. The defining moment seems to be when, during a debate with Youngkin, McAuliffe said, “I don’t think parents should be telling schools what they should teach.” For the purposes of this campaign, it was suicide.
McAuliffe also brought Randi Weingarten (American Federation of Teachers Union) to support him. Many blame Randi Weingarten, the American Federation of Teachers Union President for children who missed a year of school because schools were closed.
Of course, there is the tried-and-true tactic of calling Glenn Youngkin or his supporters racists.
The Lincoln Project was even nice enough to supply the McAuliffe campaign with “white supremacist” actors in an underhanded campaign debacle that ended in disaster when it was discovered.
Virginians have become so racist they elected their first Hispanic Attorney General and Lieutenant Governor of Virginia.
Democrats were warned. America doesn’t support the Socialist garbage you are selling.
It’s all on the table.
We. WE. EXPAND. THE. THE.

Republicans are looking at the slap taken by the Democrats on election night as a huge rebuff of Democrats and in particular, Joe Biden’s policies.
For the GOP, it is blood in the water, and combined with Joe Biden’s job approval ratings in free fall, it is a golden opportunity. However, Democrats disagree.
Chris Taylor, spokesman for the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee, brushed off Youngkin’s win, “The NRCC is mistaken if they think they can easily emulate a campaign that skipped a messy GOP primary, had no political record to defend, and routinely kept President Trump at arm’s length.”
He continued:
“We have a year until the midterm elections, and on top of passing historic legislation that includes game-changing investments in our infrastructure and working families, Democrats are working to ensure battleground voters understand the grave danger that House Republicans and their extremism present to not only our families, but our democracy.”
They will tell us.
Kamala Harris said:
“What happens in Virginia, will in large part determine what happens in 2022, 2024, and on.”
You’re right Kamala, a red wave is coming.
