Martin Reese from Creekside Middle School was charged in Port Orange with disruptive behavior and disorderly conduct. Reese played loud music to try and disrupt the Florida Statewide Assessment exam. The music was not turned off by Reese, so school officials cut power to his home. Reese was with Creekside School since 2009. He had not been there for more than a week.
