John J. Flynn the New York County District Attorney has indicted Amber Naab, and Michael Naab for second-degree criminal possession of an instrument. Naab stated that Naab and Naab used fake COVID-19 cards to enter the Buffalo Bills Jan. 15 game at Highmark Stadium. Flynn claimed that Naabs were identified by the Buffalo Bills because they boasted about their use of fake COVID-19 vaccination cards. The Eric County Sheriff’s Office deputies interrogated Naabs and took them into custody a week after the game. Flynn’s Office said that they do not expect the Naabs to serve more than seven years imprisonment if they are convicted.
