Shane Lee Brown was 23 when he spent six days in Las Vegas prison in 2020. He had been arrested by police on a warrant to arrest Shane Neal Brown (then 49). Shane Neal Brown was whiter than Shane Lee Brown and taller than him, who is also of the same age. Shane Lee Brown sued the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as well the Henderson, Nevada police department for civil rights violations and false imprisonment.
