Submit Your Articles to the Journal of Free Speech Law

You can submit anything you have been working on to the February submission cycle first. We require exclusive submission, but we will respond within 14 days (a promise we have so far kept for every submission that we receive)—and if you want to publish quickly, we could publish it within weeks, which is to say nine months to a year (or more) before most journals would publish it.

We have published, among others, articles from Jack Balkin (Yale), Mark Lemley(Stanford), Christopher Yoo (“Penn”) and many more. Professors are also part of our reviewers. Amy Adler is joined by Vince Blasi and Jamal Greene. Also, Robert Post and Fred Schauer are on our review board. Geoffrey Stone and Rebecca Tushnet are also members of the panel.

David McGowan’s article rethinking was published by us today. New York Times v. Sullivan. Yesterday, we received an article written by Jacob Mchangama (author for the forthcoming book). Freedom of speech: From Socrates to Social Media, a Global HistoryNatalie Alkiviadou and a South African law on hate speech. We could accept your article tomorrow! More information on the journal is available here. You can submit your article to ScholasticaHQ.
