Report: Former Trump Aides Plotting To Stop Trump From Running In 2024

Stephanie Grisham, former White House Press Secretary, revealed that a group of ex-Trump administration officials including her, is working together to essentially stop any potential 2024 presidential bid by the former President Donald Trump.

Grisham said that the group numbering about 15 is plotting to prevent Trump from what Grisham called, “bringing chaos and destruction to the country” if he ran for a second term in 2024.

We Are All Looking To Convert the Masses

Grisham told CNN on Thursday that what started out as informal chats by horrified elites grew into “throwing around ideas” about what could be done, how to “formalize” the group, and also recruit more members.

Grisham said that she would like to go to the US to speak to Trump supporters. “I, myself, am hoping to travel the country and talk to people who are believers like I once was, and I want people to understand who he is. He cares about no one but himself.”

However, Grisham added that she just didn’t want to talk about Trump, but those in his inner circle:

‘I just think that it will be important for people in this country who are still supporting him to hear from people who actually worked with him day in, day out, worked with a lot of people in his inner circle. We’re not going to just talk about, you know, the former president. We’re going to talk about the people who are surrounding him still now and who they really are.’

Possible Attendees

CNN reports that some members of the cabal were working alongside Grisham. Some names are not so surprising, though they may be familiar.

Chris Krebs, ex-director of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency at the Department of Homeland Security was invited to attend.

Olivia Troye and John Bolton (former National Security Advisor), former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci and Miles Taylor (former DHS official) may also be in attendance.

Bolton’s spokeswoman Sarah Tinsley said that Tinsley would attend the meeting. Krebs spokeswoman, Sarah Tinsley, would not confirm or denial.

Stephanie Grisham stated that she met with members of the House Select Committee January 6. Grisham said that she had only one knowledge about the day, and this was what she told her:

“All I know about that day is he was in the dining room, gleefully watching on his TV, as he often did. ‘Look at all of the people fighting for me,’ hitting rewind, watching it again. That’s what I know.”

‘Tell All’ Book

Stephanie Grisham (ex-White House Press Secretary) was Chief of Staff to Melania Trump. Back in September, she published a “tell all” book entitled, “I’ll Take Your Questions Now: What I Saw at the Trump White House.”

The book portrays the former First Lady, as an out of touch elitist.

During her stint as top assistant to Mrs. Trump, Grisham claimed that during the violence that broke out at the Capitol, she asked the First Lady if she would like Grisham to tweet, “peaceful protests are the right of every American, but there is no place for lawlessness and violence.” She says that the First Lady replied, “no.”

A story from the Grisham book suggested that Melania Trump was not interested in scheduling traditional tea between the outgoing First Ladies and the incoming First Ladies. In this instance, Melania Trump and incoming First Lady Jill Biden.

At the time Melania Trump blasted the book as, “an attempt to redeem herself (Grisham) after a poor performance as press secretary, failed personal relationships, and unprofessional behavior in the White House.”
