Jerod Draper died from meth overdose. Video shows that Harrison County jail staff did not seek immediate medical attention. They placed Draper in a chair, placed a blanket over his head and used Tasers to repeatedly hit him. Then they used the pain compliance hold on him. Harrison County officials offered to pay $1million to Draper and his family to settle their lawsuit. The incident has not led to criminal charges against anyone at Harrison County jail.
