Federal judge rejects lawsuit by Christian photographer against New York’s law that requires her to take photos of gay weddings. Emilee Carpenter claimed that the law infringed her First Amendment and 14th Amendment rights. Judge Frank P. Geraci Jr. argued that the law was intended “to ensure that all businesses claiming to be serving the public serve the public”
