Has Roberts ever asked such a lengthy question? One I don’t remember. If you have one, please email me. This question really was too long and rambling. Roberts is often concise and straight to the point. This Chief seems to be struggling with the problem. Roberts also asked Fletcher many follow-up queries about the standard for review. This conversation is another reason I don’t feel optimistic about the case.
