New legislation is under consideration by Western Australia’s legislature to outlaw motorcyclist clubs. This law will prohibit gang members from publicly displaying any gang symbols or colors. Tattoos with gang symbol symbols would be subject to the same ban. Facial tattoos could require members to use makeup and bandages.
