Brickbat: Plant and Seize – Opinion

Michael “Wally”, a former Pulaski county, Kentucky constable, has been sentenced for 11 years, eight months, and was convicted of planting drug on suspects. Wallace was suspected of planting evidence against suspects to allow him to arrest them and take their property. The FBI investigated Wallace in 2018. Kentucky constables can be elected officials without a salary. However, they may keep some money or goods that were seized in investigations. Wallace was also planning to run for sheriff in 2018.
