Our “New Declaration of Independence”, drafted by Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers has now been signed by 92 legislators in 31 states.
The new founder fathers of the union seek to create a better one by securing elections, and regaining state sovereignty from our vast.
Two weeks ago Senator Rogers made the announcement that the letter contained 41 signatures from fifteen states. This was just moments after Arizona’s final audit presentation.

These numbers have increased by more than twofold.
This letter was signed by 31 states and calls for nationwide forensic audits of election results, decertification if necessary, and a possible U.S. House session on the issue.

The citizens of America are grateful.
The undersigned are the United States state legislators. We have been given the power, by Article 2 Section 1, Clause 2, to supervise the election of President of the United States.
We have learned from an audit that included 2.1 Million Arizona ballots. This was augmented by multiple independent data reviews and canvasses of Arizona voting records. It appears our representative republic experienced a corrupted 2020 electoral process.
Sworn affidavits from several states have been accumulated, detailing corruption and poor management of the elections process. Multiple audits, canvasses and lawsuits challenging validity of elections results in many states have shown fraud and inaccuracies.
All 50 states should be audited forensically. To ensure the integrity of future elections, voter rolls must be cleaned up with an audit of voters.
These measures will prove that an incorrect election occurred, which has already been proven in Arizona and many other states. If so, it becomes evident that many voters were not certified in the January 2021 United States presidential election.
Each state should decertify all electors in cases where the election was not properly or prematurely certified.
We call on the US House of Representatives, with one vote per state, to determine the winner of the election.
We have an historic duty to return the electoral integrity of the votes as the basis of our constitutional republic.
A country is not complete without fair and impartial elections.
Rogers was told by some legislators that watering down the letter would increase signatures, but that this is for true warriors.
