Seattle Police report a 49-year-old man sustained non-life-threatening injuries to both of his legs during a shooting inside a barbershop at 23rd Avenue and East Union Thursday night.
Officers found the victim sitting in a chair inside the business, which other media have identified as Earl’s Cuts & Style. KOMO reports a 27-year-old man was shot in the leg there on Oct. 7, following an argument.
Police report witnesses didn’t provide much information about the incident, but believe the suspect entered the barbershop, shot the victim and left. Several men were also heard arguing on the street near the business around that time, according to the SPD Blotter.
The suspect is described as a black male with a short beard, wearing a Seahawks beanie, leather jacket, light colored shirt and khakis.
The victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center.
SPD Gang Unit detectives are investigating.
